phishig email to work account
this happened by getting an email at my work account. I thought it was an incomming invoice that we needed to pay but come to find out it was a phishing email and when i clicked on the link it downloaded a virus that locked my computer. now I have to pay to get my information back. i have been through training but this looked like it was from one of our main vendors.
Lesson:
I have been through training but this just proves that you always need to verify the url before clicking the link. This link looked like the original link and emails we normally get from the vendor.
